We first stayed here at the beginning of July for our wedding anniversary and loved it so much that we returned again in August for another two nights. Highcliffe House is just such a relaxing place to be. We stayed in the Myrtleberry and Cleaves rooms and both were lovely, the Myrtleberry had the edge because of the French doors...

We have just stayed at Highcliffe House for a week. The house itself is beautiful and in a great position with superb views over Lynton and Lynmouth, the Bristol Channel and beyond. The rooms are a good size and beautifully furnished and decorated. We stayed in room Chiselcombe. The bed was big and very comfy with great quality bedding. I...

We booked Highcliffe House on a last minute decision to visit Devon and we couldn't have chosen anywhere better. When we stay away we normally go for hotels as opposed to B&B's however staying in such luxurious accommodation has certainly changed our mindset. We arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the 2 owners who showed...

We booked at the last minute having had some good news from husband's Consultant at hospital. So, as a means of small celebration, we decided to go away for a few days. We booked on line with no experience of the hotel or the area really. We felt we had fallen on our feet! Lovely house. Lovely room. Fantastic views....

Highcliffe House in Lynton, Exmoor National Park, Devon, England is one of the most divine B&B's we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Everything was perfection! The rooms are large and extremely well-appointed and decorated. Karen and Mike couldn't have been better hosts - in fact it felt like we were family. Breakfasts were so well prepared that we...

Booked at short notice, this B&B has fantastic views over the bay. Its up a steep hill from Lynton town centre. Rooms were lovely, breakfast plentiful - you order the night before to avoid waste, but its cooked when you go down for breakfast. Views from the conservartory are stunning. Easy access for walking to Watersmeet - great place to...

We recently stayed in this very clean bed and breakfast hotel. We were met by Karen who was very welcoming and had stated to make ourselves at home, she gave us a key and I enquired whether we could come and go as we pleased and asking if their was any restrictions. She answered no and also mentioned about the...

If you are thinking of getting away to Exmoor and the North Devon coast and want a bit of luxury, stay at Highcliffe House. My husband and I have just returned and we both hope to stay there again soon. We stayed in the exquisite Countisbury Room. The rooms are spotlessly clean (and this is coming from a clean freak),...

Wonderful in every respect. We couldn't fault it . The room, the breakfast, the view the service, the decor and the attention to detail were all perfect. We will definitely be back on our next visit to the UK!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in Countisbury which was very tastefully decorated, had a wonderfully comfy bed and a fantastic view out to the coast (and Wales!). Karen and Mike were very welcoming and friendly - they went out of their way to help with our niggling issues but...
