My husband and I wanted a night away for our anniversary, this place did not disappoint. Tricia made us feel really welcome and even presented us with tea/coffee and delicious homemade chocolate cake once we had checked in. She was very knowledgeable about the local area and was able to recommend places to visit. The bedroom was really spacious, comfortable...

Such a warm welcome awaits from Trish & Granville. This is a charming Edwardian house and made such a pleasant stay. From the pot of tea and biscuits upon arrival, to a very comfortable room, and a sumptious breakfast the next morning, with plenty of choice. Trish & Granville are such pleasant hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The...

Great location and all the comforts of home. Our hosts looked after us very well. Excellent choice at breakfast, the fresh fruit especially. We couldn't fault it and would highly recommend a stay. The beds were particularly comfortable!

From greeting us with tea, coffee and cake, the lovely room and wow what can we say about the breakfast, except it was one of the best...

Very comfortable guest house located in the lovely little town of Lynton. Tricia looked after us so well and made sure all our needs were catered for with the motto "If you don't ask, you don't get". Breakfast was great and there was a great menu for cooked options. Big portions too! We always left well fuelled for the day...

Trish and Granville run a tight ship that offers all the main ingredients for a pleasant break. The bedroom that I stayed in was always kept clean and everything that one normally requires was on hand. All towelling was changed every 2 days during my 7 day holiday. Breakfast was all that I needed and was plentiful in supply as...
