Perfect for our weekend visit to Exeter. Excellent friendly service. We were offered tea in the lounge on arrival which was very thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and offers of more tea/coffee and toast. Quiet yet easy to find location , well sign-posted.

A friendly welcome, a comfortable room and a tasty breakfast in beautiful surroundings. It was also quiet and we would be happy to stay there again. It was easy to find and near Exeter and Dawlish and many other interesting places.

Used this B+B as the first stop on our travelling honeymoon and very glad we did. There was a nice warm welcome to greet us and we were shown to a lovely, bright, clean room, more spacious than we had thought. Had a delicious cooked breakfast both mornings and the service was spot-on. Tea and toast kept flowing as fast...

We stayed here in a group, because we were going to a wedding at Powderham Castle, which is about 5 minutes away. What a great place! Bright, spacious rooms with character and comfy beds, lovely views, a very warm welcome, and a fab breakfast, cooked to order. Loved being able to sit out in the garden under the trees.

This is a lovely family run B and B in a great location. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well appointed - the bathrooms are a little dated but adequate. Breakfast is hearty with the best bacon I had in years!

We stayed here on our way down to Cornwall in September this year and we had e really wonderful stay. The breakfast and room were excellent and the service from Mrs Lambert was first class.
