Nice location for Exeter or Dawlish direction. Our room (6) had lovely double aspect view, good size with bathroom. Fields surrounded by horses, crops and the gentle commentary of a male pheasant. Owner very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

We went to Exeter to see our daughter at university and needed somewhere to stay for the night, we decided on Mill Farm and what a great decision that was. We were greeted by are host Delia who was so helpful and charming, she showed us to our room which was warm cosy and spotless, a few minutes later Delia...

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Mill Farm and it's all down to the lovely hosts Delia and Bruce. We returned yesterday from a one night Saturday stay to attend the Let's Rock 80's festival at Powderham Castle; we chose Mill Farm for it's proximity. The farmhouse and beautifully tended grounds are situated in an idyllic,...

We stayed 3 nights great place as a base to explore the area. Setting of Mill Farm is just beautiful and peaceful. Room was nice, bed comfortable, ensuite good, supplied shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts Delia & Bruce were lovely and helpful. Would recommend to stay here.

I visited here for two nights with my 9 year old son and my dad for my birthday, so that we could take my son around the parts of Devon I used to visit as a child, Although we arrived quite late on the Friday, about 8:30 and most of the restaurants closed at 9 during quiet season, it wasn't...

We loved staying at Mill Farm. Just a beautiful B & B with all the trimmings and our room had a large bath and the whole room and ensuite were very tastefully decorated. The setting was quiet and peaceful and the choice of places to eat nearby were great.

I booked Mill Farm for one night for my husband and I because I had read many excellent reviews on several websites, I couldn't have been more delighted with our stay. We were going to be late arriving, after half past nine in the evening so I rang the day before and Delia, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful...

Everything perfect, except the drive up to the farm was heavily potholed. Even the morning coffee was good, which is rare in any English b&b! The TV worked and it was quiet. Deidre is a super chatty lady, with a lovely smile, night or day.

We stayed for 4 days at Mill Farm and reckon it to be the best farm house B&B we had ever stayed at in Devon. It is difficult to find a fault with the place. The breakfasts were super and offered a great range from a full English ( top of the tops) to Cereals and Kippers. The rooms were...

Mill farm is situated set back off the main A379 Exeter to Dawlish road near the village of Kenton, and is well positioned for exploring the area around the River Exe and Exeter. My husband and I stayed for several nights in September. We were a little disappointed with this B&B. We had expected a charming farm house with décor...
