Gorgeous location and wonderful hosts. Carol was just brilliant providing a comfortable and beautifully decorated room as well as a full English breakfast the next morning. The location was perfect, near to Totnes and Darts Farm- both worth a visit. We would love to return!

We spent 1 night here in July for a wedding nearby. Carol was amazing helpful as we could not check in at a proper time. The breakfast was amazing and Carol was really friendly. we had the lovely room modernised in the 17th century, which is great for couples.

I stayed at Old Kiddicott for about nine months when I was in the process of moving to the South West in Yorkshire and I couldn't have hoped for a more friendly or welcoming B&B. The fact that I lived there almost full time for so long when I had the choice of any of the excellent B&B's in the...

We stayed at Old Kiddicott for 3 nights. We had a room called Poppies which had been modernised in 1602 and was charmingly uneven, but beautifully decorated with great flair for colour and design. The breakfasts were lovely with a huge choice of home made jams and of course cereals and English Breakfast. Carol was great company and with the...

Carol is a wonderful host. Despite arriving early morning when she was busy preparing breakfast for other guests, Carol found the time to provide me with a cup of tea. The breakfast was superb. The toilet was opposite my room and the shower was downstairs. I found them spotlessly clean. My room was overlooking a well kept garden.

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at old kiddicott farm. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owner (Carol) really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble for her. The AGA cooked breakfast was delicious, in fact the best breakfast we have ever had! The location was wonderful and I would...

Just returned from a 2 night break at this little gem. Home from home; comfortable and spotlessly clean with warm hospitality from the establishment hosts. Perfectly located with lots of lovely villages and the pretty village of Topsham a short drive away. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was superb. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
