Nobody's Inn was a perfect fit for our young and somewhat independent family. Self-catering apartments are great for people who have their own way of doing things and, especially people with small children who don't want to bother strangers at breakfast. We booked the Somebody's room at Nobody's Inn and they very graciously upgraded us to the Homebody's room for... More

This was our first visit to The Nobody Inn and in many ways it surpassed expectation. Welcoming, quirky, amazing range of beverages, excellent staff and obviously popular. However the Sunday roast sadly did not meet the same expectations, although the crumble did. The roast beef was good, but what gravy there was had little flavour, vegetables lacked texture and the... Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. I am so disappointed to read that you didn't enjoy your Sunday lunch with us. Fortunately this is a very rare situation. We use all local ingredients and the gravy is made traditionally and is usually extremely tasty. We do not make our own horseradish sauce but use Colemans... More

Cosy country pub. Great food and a well stocked bar and long wine list. My first experience of a 'Slippery Susan', the nicest sloe gin drink I have ever had! Welcoming and friendly hostess and staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A great choice at breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Our second visit, the first being 4 years ago . The same excellent standards of accommodation and food . Not only an extensive wine list , but more scotch whiskies than you can shake a stick at ! A homely local atmosphere in the bar ,and both breakfast & dinner were first class.

Superb food and rooms, under the excellent management of Susan Burdge. Great garden for eating al fresco. Clean, tidy and above all, a fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend The Nobody Inn to anyone wanting a charming, olde worlde stay away from home.

I stayed here for two nights either side of a family wedding and I can't speak highly enough about the accommodation itself, the food, or the owner, Sue, who is so friendly and welcoming. Starting with the room, we had a lovely big room with a huge bed and beautiful furnishings. The decanter of sherry was much appreciated after a... More

We had read about this in local press and decided to give it a try. Nice ride out in the country. We visited on a Sunday, without booking but was only looking for a snack. (Were we being a bit naive?) Place was heaving, obviously very popular. Found a table okay, and helpings and food looked good. Lots of family's... More

We did not stay, only used the restaurant. We visited on a warm sunny evening (not that we get many) theme is limited and does not cater for vegetarians very well. The food was well presented, staff friendly and the ambience pleasant. Fair size portions reasonably priced. Plenty of car parking, although can still be a little full, difficult to... More

This is a lovely pub in a beautiful setting. We had been here before for lunch and had a very good meal so we thought we would try the evening menu, what a disappointment it was. We arrived got a drink at the bar and was shown to our table. The first thing I had to do was change my... More

Dear reviewer Thank you for taking the time to give such an in depth review of your visit. I am sorry that all the dishes were not to your taste and that you thought the port and red wine jus overpowered the taste of the chicken. This is not something that has been mentioned before regarding this very popular dish... More
