Stayed overnight at this Premier Inn, as we were at a cycling event the next day. 15 minutes drive from Exeter Racecourse. The hotel is easily found and the receptionist was very helpful. Beefeater restaurant food very good and despite being very busy, food arrived quickly and was served by friendly staff. Rooms were as you would expect, clean and...

Visiting Exeter for a first time.. impressed by the location for our purpose.. wedding venue was 300 metres away.. had we booked earlier, the value would have been more satisfying .. Room was very decent.. mattress if anything a little firmer.. Parking good and appreciated... Restaurant, very franchise food in standard but if judged as so.. acceptable... All about what...

We stayed only one night in room n. 31, building E (2 stories). Room was large enough and very clean, bed was extraordinarily comfortable, bathroom was new and large. There was a flatscreen large tv, hairdrier, tea-coffee amenities. The room was very quiet and we didn't hear noise from the road. Parking outside was enough for all the guests. The...

Only stayed one night. We stayed in the block the other side of the car park to the reception and away from the road. It was very quiet and we had a very good night, as we always do at Premier. Also the room was totally dark which we prefer. No annoying alarm clocks or other lights to keep you...

We regularly use Travelodge but decided to try Premier Inn as they are a supposedly better quality. We had a three night stay over Easter and asked reception if it was a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. We were told that all rooms are triple glazed and very quiet which was pleasing to hear. Having gone to...

Great room and facilities and superb staff both on the phone and at reception. Cant fault anything and would definitely stay again. We were meeting friends here as the half way point to our homes and wanted an authentic curry. Ollie gave us a lot of help even leaving detail in our booking details. So impressed with her and the...

Was pleasantly surprised that the high standards of our previous visit over 3 years ago have been maintained and possibly bettered! Friendly and helpful reception staff whom were well mannered and polite. Excellent parking facilities and clean, light and airy room....and such a comfortable bed!! Take in the stroll by the canal down to the Double Locks pub if you...

Situated at a suburban road junction this isn't a pretty hotel. Comfortable but small double room, all at ground level with good car parking immediately adjacent. Good soundproofing but absolutely no frills. Good night's sleep but undercooked and slightly cold breakfast being the main disappointment.

Room was OK but no instructions as to how to turn off bathroom extractor at night, consequently very noisy nor operate heating (switch underneath the radiator!). Reception staff pleasant but uninterested in problems, no internal phones to contact them and reception no always manned. Bed very comfortable and liked the black out curtains.

Generally the room and the service in line with all other Premier Inns I've stayed in. Very consistent but I was given a room with a bucket to catch water from a leaking roof and a warning sign outside my bedroom door. Not a nice welcome after a long journey. Seemed to be plenty of rooms but decision to put...
