A well located hostel, a modest walk from the bus station. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff friendly and attentive to guests. While a bit tired the place was well maintained. One of my personal points was the kitchen. It was well organized and well kept. Thanks it was a good couple of nights. I will use them again.

We spent 3days at GBHostel (2 in a private room, 1 in mixed dorm). Both accommodations are nice, clean and quiet (private room particularly well furnished). Shared toilets, showers and kitchen are clean and the big living room is the perfect place to rest, have a chat, work. The hostel is located in the city center and it's easy to...

I have stayed here 12 times this year while on business, and have found it excellent on all occasions. I am a tour guide so stay at 6 hostels every fortnight, and this is the best. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the hostel always spotlessly clean. The facilities are excellent, with wifi throughout the building. I have...

Only stayed 1 night in a private room, so can't comment on the dorms etc., but the room was clean, nice and large. Showers were large enough to get changed in and clean and warm. Free WiFi. Staff very friendly. Great location close to town.

We stayed at Globe for a wedding last weekend (August) and can't really fault the service we received. We chose Globe because of the reasonable price, it meant we could stay two nights for cheaper than one night at the travel lodge on m5! We had a HUGE room, with a double and two bunk beds. We were nice and...

Thank you so much for your kind and fair review. We are very pleased you could find no fault with the service offered by our staff and that you felt we offered good value city centre accommodation. We hope you will choose to stay with us again should you return to our lovely city!

Not too bad a walk from the centre city but I really was not a fan of the hostel itself. The place did not feel all that clean to me and the shower was cold and was like a drip. I have certainly stayed in better hostels. However, did feel safe here which I guess is a priority.

I stayed for two nights in this hostel and everything was clean and tidy. Staff was also really friendly. However, 1 toilet for one floor, even though there were several on the ground floor, is not enough. One stair was also missing at the loft bed, making it quite hard to climb up. There is absolutely no reason why you...
