We visited this Hotel after viewing the web site. We were on a supposed special deal. However, the room was disappointing, we had to pay additional £10 each for breakfast. On arrival the receptionist asked if we were eating in for the evening because they had good chefs. Quite frankly the meal was overpriced and was very poor. I bought...

Fantastic experience, we had a slight problem with only being given a twin room, but did report this and was immediately upgraded. New facilities were excellent. Views were amazing, refurbishment of the Bar area was fantastic. Love the sofa's and chairs in the main reception.

This hotel is probably one of the oddest places I've ever stayed. The location and views are stunning, and probably just about makes up for all the weird things about this hotel. There are fantastic walking paths all along the coastline! Note that this is NOT a castle, it kind of looks like castle in the pictures, but when you...

was hoping for a sumptuous castle retreat, with victorian features......however this is no more than a showcase for a very mediocre artist Ted Stourton and John and Irina Mappins love of Scientology - google him before staying here! the dining room has several HUGE pictures done by Stourton, consisting of vibrant pinks and yellows, sprinkled with glitter and with fabric...

This is not just a hotel.....if you want modern five star amenities don't stay here. But, if you want a truly mystical and memorable experience, you'll find nowhere else on earth like it. We stayed here just for one night, a birthday treat organised by my husband as he knew I'd always wanted to visit Tintagel and see the remains...

We have stayed in several hotels this summer and expected this to be one of the best, however it was actually one of the worst. The room was nice but there was no curtain on one of the windows meaning your sleep was interrupted by daylight and the bathroom was a plastic cabin with a stained toilet seat. Good view...

Myself and my 11 year old daughter stayed here for 2 nights and were both captivated by the Camelot Castle. We arrived late at night but the welcome we received was very warm . The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff serving us very professional but at the end of the evening I took a moment to chat...

Just returned from an 11 day tour of the south west which included 2 nights at CC. Location is fantastic and from the outside the building certainly looks impressive. Owned (I think) by 2 guys who are very pleasant but strut around like peacocks morning and night, including the Bentley with personalised plate parked right outside the front entrance where...

First of all, let me start by pointing out the positive aspects of this hotel: 1) It is in an absolutely fabulous location, and the view of the ocean from the back is a sight I will never forget. It is breathtaking, and absolutely magical! 2) The food in the restaurant was quite good, with enough choice to satisfy almost...

The perfect place if you like castles! Tremendous location too, right at the coast and next to the Tintagel castle (ruin)! Not cheap, but we were lucky to get a room upgrade! :-) Maybe you try and ask as well.
