A truly wonderful visit to this gorgeous B&B. Mark and Fenella are wonderful hosts and made every attempt to cater for our needs and make us feel 'at home'. Their hard work for this lovely B&B is admirable and I honestly cannot fault it. I think it's great to support business' like this one where the owners are visibly working...

Sadly only managed to secure a one night booking as the Headland House as was fully booked for the rest of our time in Cornwall. Our one night of excellent service, tranquil setting and a room ( The Net Loft) that offered well thought out design and sumptuous fittings we really wish we could have stayed longer. Mark, Fenella and...

We stayed at The Headland House for our minimoon. It's located in pretty Carbis Be ay, about a 30 minute amble along the coast to St Ives. The B&B was very pretty from the outside, with plenty of parking. Our room, The Boathouse was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. We'd been left a bottle of prosecco...

Just come back from spending 5 nights at Headland House. What a fantastic location, just above a beautiful sandy beach with cafe and toilet facilities. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach (which is not too busy either) and also close proximity of the train station with 4 minute train tip in to St Ives....

We enjoyed our stay so much in July 2015, we rebooked again this year. And this visit was just as perfect as the first one. We love the location of Headland House - above Carbis Bay with a deck and furniture to sit outside - a short walk to the train station and train link to St Ives (or you...

What a great hotel, and very deserving of its high ratings. The attention to detail in the room was excellent. Comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, fresh milk, hot chocolate and cakes. The bathroom and bathtub worked perfectly. Honour bar (but the sherry was complimentary) and excellent breakfast choices. The hotel also provides things you need for a British seaside...

I have just returned home from an impeccable stay at this beautiful B&B and I can honestly not fault it. We arrived at 4pm (check in is at 3.30pm) prior to our arrival we were able to leave our car on the car park available. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners, Fenella. The room we stayed in...

Headland house was a great find down near Carbis Bay. Mark and Fenella were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The decor was neutral and the conservatory and sundeck area were lovely havens at the beginning and end of the day. The breakfast selection was vast and any of the cooked options would have kept you going for...

This isn't your average b&b .. the rooms and grounds are beautiful lots of attention to detail. The owners, Mark and Fenella, are so welcoming. The location is ideal, a train for £1 per person each way into st Ives is nearby (only one stop away from st Ives) if not its a beautiful 30 min walk along the coastline....

Recently stayed at this b&b June 14 2016 - June 17. Myself and my mum stayed to celebrate the end of my time at university. The stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We arrived in at the hotel early prior to check-in time after a fairly long journey and were welcomed by Fenella who was extremely friendly and...
