As I said, this was our sixth time at Blue Hayes and we are already booked in again for next year ! I really don't think that I can add anything else from my last reviews, but I feel I must ! We were fortunate to be able to book the Master Suite this year, it is absolutely lovely and...

My husband booked this online as a surprise break. We were awed on arrival. A warm welcome. We booked the master suite with large balcony with sea views. On the day of arrival was a clear sunny day so spectacular views of Penzance. A beautifully decorated and very clean hotel. Malcolm the owner a very nice chap along with his...

My wife and I booked a week’s stay in the spacious Master Suite at the Blue Hayes in St. Ives, Cornwall, and we loved every minute of it. I mean every minute. What’s not to love when you can see the amazing harbor of St. Ives right from your own private terrace. Kudos to Malcolm and his wonderful staff who...

I seriously can't find anything other then positive to say about our stay. There are only 6 rooms as formerly a private home. The owner Malcolm lives on the third floor. There was only another couple staying when we did so like this amazing home all to yourself. Malcolm and the staff are amazing. Every detail from arriving and being...

Have just returned from my 3rd stay at the Blue Hayes with my mum. As always the staff are attentive and friendly and the hotel is stunningly gorgeous. The calming effect the Blue Hayes has on us was audible as we both let out huge contented sighs in the bar on the first evening. The "light supper" on Saturday (don't...

Yes we came back yet again and the standard remains as high as you can get. I can recommend this hotel 100% and defy anyone not to agree. All public rooms and bedrooms look like they have been transferred from the ideal home exhibition. Service is second to none and I am sure Malcolm has a crystal ball as you...

In spite of all my efforts to find a fault, this hotel has thought of everything and the whole experience could not be bettered. We were so well looked after and the friendly team made sure our stay was very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and impressive wine list too to complement the suppers. I can quite understand why they have many...

Perfection in my opinion is many little things expertly done. Malcolm and his staff have yet again achieved just that. Beautiful surroundings and attentive but not over bearing staff make staying at The Blue Hayes an experience everyone should experience at least once in their lives. Please don't change a thing!!

What more can we add from our previous reviews of this gorgeous property, a perfect stay once again. This time we stayed in the Bay Suite and in fact I think I preferred it, bed was larger and more comfy, beautiful views from two windows looking over the bay, food amazing as always. Malcolm and his staff should all be...

My wife and I stayed at Blue Hays for 2 nights at the end of September and were very lucky to have both excellent accommodation and weather. The hotel was booked as a result of seeing the reviews on this website and although we were booking late, we managed to obtain a cancellation, albeit in the most expensive room. The...
