Anthony was very helpful and friendly. I stayed in the Garden room, which is up one flight of stairs. Just like nearly all of St Ives, there are steps and stairs. The view from the dining room is spectacular. Breakfast is freshly cooked and tasty...More
Antony and Tim are extremely gracious hosts. Our spacious room had a superb view of St. Ives. Breakfast were equally good, with some variety besides the standard full English. Antony gave us excellent suggestions for sight seeing in the area. Absolutely the best!
The B&B is very conveniently located, Tim & Antony have gone through great lengths to make sure guests know where to park, how to get to the B&B, etc prior to when the guest arrives. Tim & Antony also take great care to make sure...More

Hello Hillary,
Greetings from Little Leaf Guest House, many thanks for your enquiry.
Little Leaf Guest House does not have private parking. There is a public car park a few doors away (Park Avenue car park – TR26 1QE) and one behind our street which is a 5 minute walk (Trenwith/Leisure centre car park – TR26 1DD).
St Ives car parks can become busy during peak times but are generally less busy earlier and later in the day. If you do find it difficult to locate a space we tend to find that if you are patient at the car parks (especially Park Avenue) then you will probably find that one comes free after 10 – 15 minutes. More details about parking facilities can be seen on our website.
Hope this helps, do let us know if we can assist any further.
All the best,
Antony & Tim Chapman
