I stayed here for 5 days with a group of 22 italians, mostly adults. Everything was perfect, the staff, the position, the rooms, the food, especially the food!.We would all definitely return. It isn't in the centre of St Ives, but it's only a few minutes walk to get there and it's actually a very nice walk!

Great location within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants, with great views over the bay. Rooms are clean but a little small and pokey, definitely worth upgrading. The hotel offers a good hearty breakfast and staff are lovely.

All staff were friendly warm and welcoming. The hotel has a very pleasant bar/lounge and terrace ideal for the warmer weather. Dinner in the main dining...

Lovely clean rooms, a very comfortable bed, fantastic selection of foods for breakfast whether from the Buffett or chosen from the menu "to order". All of the staff are cheerful and extremely helpful, nothing being too much trouble. The shops and beach are no more than 10 minutes slow walk and the Lighthouse bistro restaurant is a must to visit....

Wonderful views, free parking, lovely service from all the staff, everything you could want to choose from for the breakfast, good food in the restaurant. Quiet location but still walkable in to the centre of St Ives. Just a great hotel.

The food and view was amazing however even with a room upgrade we still found the room to be a bit small especially the bed. Were not the largest of people but we do enjoy comfort and a small double was not ideal. On the plus side the hotel is situated in a fantastic area with amazing views and both...

Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived for a long weekend, staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was plentiful with variety of hot and cold buffet style or choose off the menu, and the views from the dining room were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable and we would stop here again in a flash.
