Good little B&B for a few days in Penzance. Friendly service provided by the owner with a good choice for breakfast. Take your room key, that also fits the front door and come and go as you please. Centrally located with easy access to the town, railway and bus stations and ferry port (if required). Our room was a bit... More

My family and I booked three rooms and stayed for two nights. The owner Kate friendly and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The house itself is full of character and there are some steep steps but this is part of the charm. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms we had were clean. Breakfast was very good... More

Lovely clean sea view room, comfortable bed and plenty of tea/coffee etc. Situated on the promenade within easy walking distance from the town centre, plenty of pubs close by to grab some dinner. Would definitely return.

Perhaps we've been spoiled but you can do so much better for the same money. Generally they seem to want to provide things as cheaply as possible which spoils a great location. Room clean and comfortable. Saw no fire regulations but only staircase was signed as the fire escape! Average breakfast and no menu.

One night staying in a family suit was amazing, girls working there are so welcome and always taking care about you. It was raining and windy when we arrived and lucky we asked to check in early as the weather was really bad. A three paws cat lives in the house, so cute! Two funny dogs want to play with... More

I had an enjoyable stay in The Stanley - it really is a great location if you need somewhere to stay the night before a trip on Scillionian III. I cannot fault the breakfasts or the service but the single room that I stayed in required you to bend over a little bit. That said, everything else about the room... More

We booked the family room for one night ahead of sailing to the Isles of Scilly early the following day. The Stanley is friendly and welcoming, really comfortable, did a great breakfast and is located right on the sea front and close to the harbour for our trip. The main centre for food and drinks is just a few minutes... More

Last minute booking as been rerouted to work for one day near here. Normally I stay in premier inns as i am an account holder. However am plesantly surprised. Welcomed as I got out of the car by Clyde the cat. Put a smile on my face after a 6 hour drive. Then 2 dogs said hello as i approached... More

Stayed for last 2 nights of our holiday in Cornwall - nice room with sea view, tea coffee & wine glasses in room. Ideal location for the Scillian ferry, and many local restaurants are only a stroll away. Excellent cooked breakfast & device along with a fab sea view too!
