We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of September. The breakfast was filling and plenty to choose from and tasty. The room was cleaned daily. And Mike was very helpful and friendly. A perfect location to explore Newquay. Highly recommend a visit to Port Isaac, absolutely beautiful!

Excellent and hearty full English breakfast, nicely presented and not greasy .Friendly host and hostess Mike and Gill. Main problem, if you are travelling by car, is the car-park, as there is none on site. The nearest one is a 10 minutes walk away, and only takes the exact coins, no changing machine Very centrally located to the restaurants, pubs... More

My partner and myself stayed at Pencrebar for a weekend a child free break :) With only ever having stayed in hotel's we were a bit jubius on staying in a b&b, but we're completely relived and thrilled with our choice. A upon arrival we were greeted by Mike who got us checked in and pointed us to the car... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week, and found it suited us fairly well. Mike and Gill are both lovely people who are keen to please and help with enquiries. Rooms are decently sized with all necessary facilities, including a fridge which we found useful. The variety of teas and coffees in the room was good, and replaced... More

Stayed for 7 nights early summer. Excellent location just couple of minutes from shops, bars and restaurants and cafes. Newquay airport is about 20 mins away by taxi but can get local bus less than 5 mins from Pencrebar ideal if you only have hand luggage. We had room on first floor at the back - basic, comfortable and clean... More

I found this accommodation on Trivago and what a stroke of luck that was. It was such good value, so much so that I wasn't expecting very much but how wrong I was. The location was ideal and everything is close but out of earshot. The first thing I noticed was how exceptionally clean the place is and very well... More
