We have been going to this holiday park for about 8 years now and last year was the worst. I think my previous review still stands with regard to the facilities, they're outdated and tired and whilst they seem happy to invest money in creating new pitches, they don't want to spend it on improving the existing facilities. During our...

We have read your review of the Park. The content of your review is wholly inaccurate and does not give a fair assessment of the Park and its staff. We have thousands of happy and satisfied customers every year and any that do raise issues or concerns, we do our best to address whilst they are here with us. We...

Our pitch was huge, level and quiet. Toilets lovely and clean with nice hot showers. Mostly though the staff were great and sorted out a small mis understanding we had which turned it into a perfect relaxing weekend.

A lovely site with nicely laid out pitches and spotlessly kept grass areas. 3 families stayed and were conveniently pitched closed together. Showers were very clean but… VERY VERY HOT! Toilets also very clean with plenty of tissue. (Take hand soap with you.) Washing up area was clean but needed plugs for the sinks!? Pool was closed but that seems...

We booked into a caravan at the Monkey tree site. First impressions was a clean well presented site with well tended grounds and beautiful hanging baskets. Our caravan was clean and apart from a small freezer and ovan gloves ( health /safety) it had everything we needed. There was a nice tea tray with biscuits, fresh flowers and even a...

Guys our 8th visit to this site And after my less than favourable review a year ago the site was back to its best.. Travelled overnight 330 miles from home and stayed in the overnight bay in our van, lovely staff on arrival, given our pitch but after we went to have a look we weren't that's impressed (close to...

Facilities and camp die after the school holidays they even only open the pool upon request and how can you request the pool to be opened up when reception never answer the telephone. Washing facilities are tired but if you upgrade you get better facilities. Booked via groupon so paid small price and for what we paid it was good...

The campsite was immaculate. The pitch was spacious and private. Everywhere was clean , the toilet/shower blocks were pristine. Very child friendly with lots of free entertainment. The outdoor pool was warm and surrounded by palm trees, very tropical. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Only down side was the restaurant. VERY SLOW SERVICE. On departure day we were...

We stayed here with our two children aged 2 and 5 for 3 nights. We were sited at the far side of the Fir field, which is next to the A3075 (main road between Newquay and Goonhavern). After having very little sleep during the first night we asked if we could be moved to another pitch. They were able to...
