My husband and i were supposed to be staying at this B&B for the weekend as we are down in Cornwall for a wedding. Unfortunately due to my husband work, we were unable to stay for the second night, i rang to inform the owners, who were extremely rude to me and didn't even give me the chance to offer...

We booked to stay for three nights during August 2007. We made the booking by telephone, at which point, the male owner had assured us that there would be safe and secure parking, at the rear of the hotel, on their premises, for my expensive, new car. It was essential that we would have easy regular access to our vehicle,...

Istayed at this hotel on 9th Oct, with my sister, brother and our mum. My mum booked this one night stay, she is 80 years old and has difficulty walking, so when we arrived and saw how many steps we would have to go down to get the back door, we were horrified. The front entrance wasn't much better, no...

These have to be the most miserable owners ever - it makes us wonder why on earth they are in the Hotel business. They made us feel very awkward and felt they didn't want us there. We didn't even get shown to our room - just waved up the stairs. Room very tired, shabby. But the best bit is at...

We chose to stay at this B & B on the basis of its location and the information on the hotel website. When we arrived we received a cold reception from the owners who throughout the stay proved to be detached, unfriendly and uninvolved. This was quite a shock having been used to receiving friendly and warm service from many...

Stayed out of season. Roome was good, just been decorated. Breakfast was sufficient, though more choice especially for non meat eaters would have been nice. This was more than made up by the gorgeous views from both our room and the dining room. But the most important thing, a warm welcome, was not there. We don't expect gushing applause on...
