My wife and I stayed 2 nights at the Ivanhoe Guesthouse during a recent Rabbie's tour. Perfect location, perfect hosts, wonderful accommodations. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants, of course. Worth visiting repeatedly just for the amazing selection of homemade jams and marmalades! I'll be going back for some rhubarb/ginger, myself... for

Clean and pleasant accomodation with very helpful, friendly staff. Only too willing to make your stay carefree, even giving us a lift to the station. Recommened for those who prefer B&B to impersonal hotels.

Our hosts were wonderful; welcoming and accommodating, willing to help and provided a lovely, clean, comfortable room. Both double bed and single provided. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and plentiful with home made jams. Ivanhoe is located well for access into Falmouth and beyond; it allowed a slow walk round Pendennis Castle and a drive exploring the local coastline and countryside....

My second stay here. It's conveniently located to walk to shops and beach; very clean, service friendly; breakfasts excellent. The room was comfortable with some nice touches like tissues and heated towel rail. It's great value for money and I will be staying again.

Everything was perfect from arriving to being waved farewell by Donna and Jill. They both went the extra "mile" to ensure our stay was wonderful. They are both friendly and welcoming, breakfasts are superb and Jill's homemade jams and marmalades are delicious. We highly recommend Ivanhoe and look forward to staying there again.
