Well, the hotel lounge area, views, afternoon tea, breakfast and spa facilities were good. I am afraid the room that we were allocated initially was not very good. The bathroom was not in good condition and the room it self was very old fashioned. We then got put into a room which was one of the new rooms and it...

Just had three nights in The Falmouth Hotel, the hotel was well presented and met our needs. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and check in was very efficient. Our room was on the second floor with a sea view, we were in the corner which limited the view into the bay. The room was warm and had sufficient storage,...

The hotel is only a short walk from the train station and looks impressive sat overlooking the bay. The reception staff were pleasant and we took advantage of the free tea or coffee on arrival at the hotel bar which has comfy seats looking out over the sea. The room we booked was described as with a sea view, which...

Wife and I come to Falmouth twice a year out of season to visit family for a few days, and we seem to favour staying at The Falmouth every time. This time we were pleased to see the standard is being maintained and some of the rooms are being renovated to a good standard at last. As reasonably regular visitors,...

Just returned from a 2 Night stay at the Falmouth Hotel. The room was fine but the bed was a little on the hard side. The view from the room was lovely. But the food was amazing. We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night and it was the best meal I have had for a very long...

ALWAYS lovely, great service and cosy armchairs by the window. Only a couple of coffees but nice homemade biscuits which we devoured! Had lunches there in the past, including Christmas ones as well as Party nights at Christmas-with stop over. Good fun, great value, easy parking with disabled access.

Stayed here for 3 nights - great location - a nice hotel although a little dated - with helpful staff. Our room was very clean but bit tired around the edges - over the bath shower not very powerful - our view overlooked rear so not great . Breakfast was nice but avoid the smoked haddock and poached egg -...

Dear KAREN528801, thank you for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback about your recent stay with us. It is a shame to hear that you found the room tired and that you were not overly fond of the smoked haddock that we offer as part of our A la carte breakfast options. Overall we receive very good...

As always, I had another most successful few days at the Falmouth Hotel. The staff are all lovely and the room they found for me was excellent. The food was as good as ever. An evening event meant that the dining room was out of action one night, with the reserve room in use, but staff worked through the night...

We checked in to the hotel on Mother's Day Sunday. It was very busy with people coming and going for lunch and I thought "oh no, this place is a madhouse". However, once we checked in, and arrived at our room, all was calm on the upper floors. The kids swam in the pool while my older daughter and I...
