Spent 2 days here and received a warm welcome. Stylish and comfortable room with a sea view. Enjoyable and filling breakfast. Only a few minutes walk to university and lovely walks close by. Would stay here again.

A lovely friendly guest house run by Jenny and Andy who couldn't be more helpful, Andy helping to carry our luggage up to our room. Lovely fulling cooked breakfast set us up for the day and the rooms are very comfortable and roomy. All in all a very pleasant stay.

To fault anything would be picky. Enjoyed 2 nights. Tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast was good. Lovely bright dining room. Short walk to town centre and harbour. Would happily stay again if visiting Falmouth for a few days.
