My daughter had an interview at Falmouth University so I booked the hotel online not sure what to expect. On arrival I asked if it were at all possible to have a free upgrade and no sooner asked but done. We had a lovely room with a sea-view and a bed to die for. It was the the most comfortable...

Myself and my wife were given a one night Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package for her Birthday and it was a very pleasant experience. Check in is after 3pm but you can use the facilities if you arrive early. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view over the beach and Falmouth...

We were so excited to book a 2 day relaxation break away and we decided to book st Michaels as it looked modern clean and luxury. When we arrived we were greeted and told the very basics. Once we finally found our room on first impressions we were happy as we only booked a standard with no view and that's...

Just returned from a two night stay. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The decor has a nautical theme, is clean and fresh. Our standard room was very nice, a little noisy as the walls appear a bit thin. The internet was a bit iffy. The bed was superb, my wife wanted to take it home. Had...

What a great review, thank you. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay here at the St Michaels Hotel and Spa. We are glad you enjoyed our Flying Fish restaurant for dinner and breakfast and that my staff were so helpful. I will most certainly pass on your comments to my team who will be very pleased, as they...

I stayed on my business trip for couple of weeks. I was disappointed with level of service in the hotel. The wi-fi was extremely poor and for 3-4 days during the weekends, we were left without internet connection in our rooms. The response to fix the wi-fi was typically sad until we told that we would change our places then...

I stayed at St Michael's recently with my two sisters to celebrate my older sister's 40th Birthday. I have a few comments to make - things that would really have made our stay much more enjoyable had we been given the information. We were not told that spa treatments should be booked before our stay and so on our arrival...

This is the third visit to St Michael's and the first review for Tripadvisor. I think the essence is summed up in the title of an earlier review - wonderful stay only just not perfect. I agree, but it is very close to perfection. I've given it a five star rating because I think it is such good value for...

I should preface this review by saying I won two nights dinner, bed and breakfast in a business card draw, so apart from drinks, this was a freebie. We had a double room in the Captain's House/ Lodge a few steps away from main reception. Whilst I can't really complain if they put us in the cleaner's cupboard as it...

My wife and I stayed here for four nights over Christmas on one of the special packages. We arrived earlier than the advertised check in time, and were able to use the hotel's facilities until our room was ready. We had booked an upgrade to a superior plus room, and this was on the second floor with stunning views over...

Had lunch with a friend. Lovely menu with plenty of choice so found it difficult to choose. I opted for pigeon to start which was a rather large serving and then had a Caesar salad. Fresh flavours and well presented. The service was excellent and very attentive. Such a wonderful view of the gardens from the restaurant. We were so...
