We stayed one night in this lovely b&b during our trip around Cornwall. We enjoyed ourr trip a lot! The room was spacious, clean and the beds comfortable. We had to share the bathroom with other guests (which we already knew at the booking), but we never saw the other guests and the bathroom was incredible! Very big, clean and...

Have stayed here several times but have never got round to writing a review. Have just got back and as usual we enjoyed our stay. The owners and their staff could not be more helpful. Always make you feel welcome at all times. A lovely relaxed place to stay. Perfect position for shops restaurants and pubs just a short walk...

Pulled up outside Eden Lodge and thought this looks lovely, boy did that change as soon as we walked through the door. The reception area was dark and dated and stunk of cooking smells. We booked a twin on-suite room, this turned out to be on the top floor and was actually a loft conversion which we wasn't told about...

We found the experience wholly satisfying. The owners are very polite and accommodating and just want to make you comfortable and happy. For a 2* rated B + B we were not expecting luxuries such as toiletries in the room or tea and coffee making facilities, so we were pleasantly surprised to find soap and perfectly adequate supplies of tea,...

we were greeted after a tight spot in the car park by the lady of the property and shown to our ensuite room - all clean and tidy - traditional. we could being take aways back to eat in the dinning room. Nothing too much trouble for the owners.

A traditional, friendly comfortable B&B, I could see the sea (just about) through my window, it was a few minutes walk down to the beach and more or less on the Falmouth Art School campus, an easy, pleasant walk from everything in town. I thoroughly recommend it, staff couldnt have been more helpful and accomodating and the whole place had...

We recently stayed at Eden Lodge having found it through LateRooms when down for the Falmouth Beer Festival. I have to say it was incredibly welcoming. The place has lovely hosts and they made us feel incredibly welcome. It is clear they are putting in lots of effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The place has a fantastic 10m swimming...

In a cold, wet week walking the wonderful coast path in Cornwall we were met with kindness, warmth and openness everywhere else - BUT NOT HERE. There was not enough warmth in the room to dry wet kit, no hair dryer, no shampoo, tired towels, just one tea bag in the room, sleep depriving noise from fellow guests entering and...

We are regular users of hotels in Falmouth due to family in the town and can confidently say the Eden Lodge is the best we've experienced. A gorgeous old building, beautifully decorated throughout, warm and cosy but with all the modern touches you would expect. Go for an en-suite room and you will find the showers hot and the beds...
