Last weekend we had pre-drinks for my cousin's birthday here. Have to say the staff were fantastic, Adam and the team never fail to make us feel at home with their hospitality. It's not a huge bar, but has a fair selection of drinks and...More
Stayed here for 2 nights, First thing we noticed was how untidy and cluttered the reception area was. The room décor was very dull and wasn't that clean in general, including dried blood on the side of the chair. The information book contained very little...More
This is our 5th time staying at Bawn Lodge, we come for two nights to do Christmas shopping and catch up! Once again it was lovely, ideally situated for Cheshire Oaks and Chester town centre. We stayed in room 18 but preferred the other side!...More

Id ho to the holiday inn. If i were you the rooms are nice food is good and theres wifi. However if you really want to stay at Bawn lodge ask for a room the opposite the car park as room 11 is very noisy, the breakfast isnt very good as mine was half cooked and the woman that serves it is very impolite infact damn right rude, she is mentioned in afew write up brusque someone said unhelpful another just read for yourself there are other places if they sorted the woman out id go back. The other nighle is you have to wrresle with ppl drinking in the bar when you come back from shopping / sightseeing as the rooms reception is through the bar its a odd lay out you eat your breakfast in the bar on a morning. But see for your self if you go there theres lots of B&Bs on that road.
