Stayed at this Premier Inn for the first time for 4 nights in early October. A very good and comfortable experience. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet away from the main road and, as it was a family room, with just the two of us, plenty of space. Couldn't of asked...

Just stayed there for 3 nights, room clean and tidy and quiet surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only down side was the parking. But was made aware there was parking beside the pub next door

Needed 5 day stay for working in Chester. Often stay at the Hilton group and have a gold card but they were full. So stayed at the Premier Inn. Excellent. Room a good size, quiet, easily controlled temperature, good bath and shower, very friendly staff. The adverts go on about the bed and a good nights sleep. The bed was...

Stopped here on Saturday 10/10/2015 as my niece was getting married. The wedding do was at a very expensive Royton Hall ie 2 drinks =£10 and two cups of tea £7.50.Family members and friends who stayed there were less than impressed and it cost them £130 per night. Our branch of the family stayed at the Premier Inn Chester South...

Stayed here after attending an event in Manchester so arrived quite late; this wasn't an issue and staff were friendly upon arrival and informative. The beds were amazingly comfy, the rooms were modern and clean. Perfect for an overnight between daytrips.

Staff were brilliant, hotel nice, plenty of parking and location is great. Near the park & ride, on a good bus route and across the road from Sainsburys. Only short ride into town via park & ride (£2), by Bus from outside the hotel (£3 for all day travel) and short walk to Sainsburys. Only thing wrong is the Brewers...

We just spent 3 nights at this property and were quite pleased! Our room showed slight wear but was very clean and quiet. We were in back and enjoyed fresh air from an open window. The staff was easy to work with and cheerfully printed our boarding passes. Our only challenge was the limited parking. We returned around 8pm each...

We stay in a lot of Premier Inns as it's value for money and we always know what standards to expect. Hotel is in a great location just outside Chester. Has great transport links into the city. There's plenty of parking too. Check in was easy, every member of staff we encountered greeted us and were really welcoming. Our room...
