Stayed in many Premier Inns over the years. This one has the friendliest staff we have encountered. Cannot do enough for you, the company has cut down on the supplies of tea and coffee and milk in the rooms recently, no doubt blaming the Brexit vote, but staff happy to top up supplies with decaff alternatives if you ask. Don't...

This Premier Inn is ideally located for Chester Zoo, Historic Chester and Cheshire Oaks designer shopping area. The park and ride is close by to ease traveling in to Chester. The staff are very helpfull and the general up keep of the building is good.

We stayed here with my 13 month old to do shopping at cheshire oaks and visit the zoo. Great location for both. Only a ten minute drive from Cheshire oaks or the zoo. Plenty of on site parking. Travel cot was all set up ready for us. Family room was big and clean. Staff were very friendly and we made...

We stayed for one night whilst visiting Chester. We have stayed at quite a few Premier Inns but in my opinion the welcome we received in arriving was second to none here. The young lady and young gentleman on reception were very friendly and helpful and we had a good chat with them. The room we had was, in fact,...

We stayed here to attend a family wedding at the Crabwall manor Hotel. It was only £9 in a taxi and this hotel is a little cheaper than the more central ones. The hotel was spotless the staff were very helpful and accommodating and we would defiantly stay again.

I have stayed at this premier Inn on several occasions. The staff are always very accommodating as they were this time. We booked two rooms and both rooms were well prepared. Sainsburys is across the road on a small but nice retail park, great for papers nibbles ect. Park and ride into Chester is a 5 minute walk away. A...

A clean, comfortable hotel with a convenient bus route taking only 10 minutes max into Chester. Plenty of car parking spaces and extremely helpful staff. The only negative feature was a low volume traffic noise from just outside our room which did not really bother our sleep.

Like all Premier Inn you get what it says on the tin. Staff are always friendly and attentive . The reduction in number of coffee sachets etc, is annoying . The hanging space and drawers is in adequate if you're staying more than one night. The quality is good but it seems to me it's geared more to business than...

A great 2 day stay, plenty of free parking and Park and Ride is 2 mins away in the car (Not sure if there is pedestrian access over the bypass) If driving into Chester it's approx. 10 mins straight road. Really helpful and pleasant staff. A large supermarket across the road/petrol station. Will definitely stay here again.

Arrived 3pm, spoke to great, friendly and welcoming staff. Put travel cases in room and we went over the road for some drinks at the Twirl of hay. Reception staff booked us a taxi for later visit into Chester. Good night out. Breakfast was good and again full credit to the guy who looked after us at the Twirl of...
