Very clean, friendly very helpful staff, room adequate for a nights stay.,breakfast in pub next door was ok, basically eat what you want, as much bacon as you want which was ok.just a bit short of crockery but informed this was in hand after a few accidents with cups, plates etc.again service was good and staff very friendly and efficient....

Room clean, bed comfy, check in smooth. However..at the restaurant.. Dirty cutlery Lukewarm water in Thermos like flasks for tea and coffee. Only Semi skim milk available. Appeared to be only one member of staff on, to cover breakfast orders., seat customers, serve cooked breakfast s and operate the till. Overcooked shrivelled bacon, overcooked rubbery poached egg, dried up mushrooms,...

We stayed here the night before visiting Chester Zoo, a great location for such a trip. The hotel room itself was great and no complaints, reception and check in was fast and simple, the room was a good size, we had a family room with 2 separate beds for the kids which was great, one of them was a fold...

Only a few minutes drive from the zoo so perfect for us and chosen because of this. My grandson who has autism was very happy with the pub type restaurant and that he could see the pictures in advance. Had 2 family rooms which were numbered as being next to each other but were actually a corridor away! Service was...

We stayed here for 3 nights and it didn't disappoint. It's about a 20 minute walk from Chester city centre and about a 5 minute drive to Chester Zoo, making it ideal for people who want to stay in Chester without wanting to stay in the middle of city. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and is in general one...

Told to come back in half an hour at breakfast even though we had already checked out. Was not offered one of the many available tables to wait. Very disappointing as was in a party of 10 and wanted to meet up with them

We stayed for 2 nights for shopping and a visit to Chester Zoo. As always the hotel staff were fantastic, check in at the hotel was quick and easy, everything in the room was clean and as expected. They have also installed bedside USB ports for easy charging of mobile phones which was very useful. Due to a rough boat...

The hotel facilities and staff were very good my gripe is that at £114 for one night limits the time we can make future visits to our friends. effectively this represented over 40% of out night in Chester ....an expensive bed in my view

This is only the 2nd time we've stayed in a premier inn and we were very impressed both times. This time the staff were friendly and competent the room was immaculate and modern and the bed was simply amazing I'm now doing research as to where I can purchase the same bed. The breakfast was delicious and the choice was...
