This was our second stay at the Victoria Lodge and certainly will not be our last. The cleanliness and friendliness is exceptional, Pam the owner goes out of her way to please and she certainly achieves that with her breakfast!!!! Delicious, lots of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts and then a really tasty 'full English', all local produce and cooked individually... More

Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast. Very accommodating host. Walking distance to Chester - 25 minutes. Opposite a nice park. On a main road but far enough away not to disturb. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my granddaughter. The Room was clean and cosy, Pam was very friendly, we felt very welcome and couldn't do enough to please. My granddaughter is a fussy eater and Pam took the trouble to get breakfast just right - we had a lovely time. I would definitely stay here again

A lovely, comfortable place to stay with well-appointed room and very helpful, friendly owner. We only stayed one night to break a long journey but we will back when we have more time to explore Chester. The breakfast was hearty and most enjoyable, too.
