Firstly I must say that all of the staff were very friendly helpful people but my Dinning experience is why I rate this hotel so poorly Chester is a beautiful place and well worth a visit every time I have been in the past has been for conferences so I wanted a couple of days there with my wife to...

The cream tea was very disappointing and although the reception clerk refunded part of the price without any hassle I feel the management should consider hiring a new patisserie chef or retraining the present staff. The scones and cakes were not cooked at all correctly and tasted dreadful. The scones were hard, full of the wrong sugar, and hardly risen....

We stayed for 2 nights, and were very disappointed in what I can only describe as a very bad room, it was far too hot, no radiator on and window open, the plumbing in the bathroom was useless, water would take ages to drain from shower and basin, cold tap was loose. And only 1 bed side cabinet as the...

Recently stayed overnight at this hotel in an executive room, first floor, overlooking the Forgate Street (122). On arrival the location is great. The receptionist was welcoming, professional and helpful. Left bags at reception as we arrived earlier than booking in time. On entering our room it certainly lived up to its billing, well appointed with large bathroom, large shower...

Hotel is right in the centre of Chester. Excellent location. Parking is in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre multi-storey at £9 per night. It is a short walk. We did not eat in the hotel. Breakfast was charged at about £12 each if paid for on booking in or £19 if you just turn up. We decided to go to Zuger's...

I've always wanted to eat at the Blossoms Hotel although never had the opportunity as we live too close to stay the night and we always end up with an afternoon tea somewhere else. However, my sister found a special offer for two people to dine from the Market menu. Being food lovers, we booked, very excited for our visit....

My wife and I visited Chester for the first time. We wanted to book a hotel which is close to the centre and this one couldn't be any closer! Staff are very friendly and they made us feel very welcome. Stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it . Highly recommended.

We booked on line to stay Friday night, big mistake, when making the booking I requested a quiet room, on arrival my wife booked in whilst I parked. the room was fine looking out onto the street room number 211, the restaurant had very little choice as it seemed nearly everything was not available, on retiring at around 10 pm...
