Stayed overnight on a visit to Chester. This hotel was first class. The staff were brilliant whoever does staff training should be applauded. The rooms were lovely everything you could wish for.The food was excellent and location perfect. Would certainly stay again.

Stayed here for three nights last weekend, and couldn't fault it, apart from very over-cooked bacon one morning. The bed in our room was so comfy, and we even had a partial view of the river, which many don't. There is a lovely outside terrace...More

Fantastic location. Room was really comfortable. Everything but milk for your hot drinks was provided. If your mobility is restricted you will require a car or taxi to get into centre of town as it is a steep climb.

We stayed for two nights too and they did not charge us for parking . Good luck . Don’t think you need to book Parking in advance but won’t hurt

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, that’s what we did. Dropped our bags off and went out for the day. Checked in later on in the evening. 😁
