Second time at Braye Beach and just as good as the last. For those looking at the negative reviews you can safely ignore them. The location is superb, the platinum and platinum plus rooms have the best vistas but as with most hotels you get what you pay for and the Braye Beach is very honest in their room descriptions...

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Well appointed rooms, some with a larger balcony and some with a larger bathroom. Dinner was nice enough, but not quite nice enough for us to eat there on more than one night. Well worth a try though. Very good breakfast. The only spoiler was on our last morning the coffee machine was descaling...

There was nothing wrong with our stay here at the end of April. The Braye Beach Hotel accommodated a large number of UK Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies Environment Ministers with efficiency, friendliness and superb service and food.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. The service was good but laid back and the staff were lovely. The views from the hotel over Braye Beach were amazing. We went for our anniversary and it suited us perfectly. The hotel style works well with general approach on Alderney. Low key but lovely.

Lovely hotel, beautiful location, very friendly staff. Manager Richard - many thanks for looking after us so well. Alderney is unique - small enough to walk along coastal path (10 miles) & Roland at the Wildlife Centre enhanced our trip by organising a bat & hedgehog evening walk - brilliant experience.

Enjoyed a three night stay here - we were so lucky with good weather in March which helped. Had a lovely view with tiny balcony but so lovely to sit in the room with windows open and hear the sea.. beautiful decor in the room and the whole hotel. The bar was being refurbished whilst we were there which was...

Five nights at Braye Beach gave us time both to explore the island on foot and to chill out. We were helped by fabulous weather throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The room was not large, but was well-equipped and clean. The view of the beach was an essential part of the room! The food was good and fair value...
