I have stayed here before. However this is the first time I have had a basement room. After a day at work and my long drive down from North Yorkshire I just wanted to sleep. I had s couple of calls to make which meant standing out in the cold because the signal in the room was so poor. I...

Very easy to find although the M40 jct is easier going north than going south as you have to come back on your self. Site is split in to 2, we stayed in the bottom block. As we we were visiting family we we always late back and had to park in the top car park, and could be an...

We had 2 rooms booked and were happy to find that they had interconnecting rooms. The hotel is very quiet and in a good location. There are 2 buildings and a onsite restaurant. The breakfast was very good . We had no problems at all-staff were friendly and polite and helpful

Great transport links. Enough car parking. Friendly reception staff. Lovely, quiet, clean rooms well equipped. Comfortable and amazing value for money. For me premier inn are the gold standard in over night accommodation, although I would like to stay in independent, family-run places, they are always so disappointing!

Near M40 junction with easy access and outside the town so location relatively quiet. Room comfortable and clean with all relevant facilities. The tray was a bit short of coffee and sugar but there was enough for two cups. Restaurant just a short walk under cover from the hotel reception area where the service was excellent and we were well...

Stayed many times at this location in last 10 yrs, but Dec 2016 was a worry. Although site has recently been updated including reception check-in that can be left unmanned, this proved unhelpful when my husband slipped and fell on the unlit section of external stone steps leading down to the road. Still awaiting the curtesy of a reply from...

This is our first visit to this hotel for about 3 years and has undergone extensive refurbishments including a lift from the car park to the reception area. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff, who completed our check in procedure, as we cannot find our booking on the computer. The room was clean and...
