This is our first visit to this hotel for about 3 years and has undergone extensive refurbishments including a lift from the car park to the reception area. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff, who completed our check in procedure, as we cannot find our booking on the computer. The room was clean and...

Much improved and lift from car park very welcome. However as with all hotels it is the staff that make a difference and the team on tonight Jan 9th 2017 were lovely and we appreciated the breakfast bars they gave us for a very early departure tomorrow 4.45am!!! Thank you

Very nice stay in a very nice hotel, staff and friendly and welcoming, and beds are comfy and clean, in an ideal location just off the m40 which was perfect for us and only a two minute drive from a large tesco, who could ask for more

Very convenient for my trip to video a Wedding in the area, plenty of parking spaces, good size room and a good breakfast. Bar service was a bit slow in the evening but I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't matter.

good location for us and near motorway. Short drive into town centre. Small rooms for 4 but clean room and bathroom. good parking. electronic checking in does mean that reception may be unmanned. fan was leaking in the bathroom.

A very good premier inn. It seems to have been done up recently. It had USB charging points next to the bed that is neat and makes a big difference. Very comfy bed, good service from the staff and all normal expectations.

It was a goo, long stay (8 days) The staff were generally helpful. We had a little problem with the vending machine and the member of staff present at the time at first sounded discouraging, but eventually he solved the problem. The location was very convenient for our purposes (Christmas with family).
