Booked a one night stay to sort out funeral business for my Father. Met by an ex police colleague on reception. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, well appointed and has fantastic staff. The room was quiet (on the Handy Cross roundabout M40) and was very clean. Lovely bed and amazing pillows. The food was delicious and we'll...

Stayed here over Easter weekend while visiting family. Couldn't fault hotel nor staff. Reception staff welcoming and helpful, waiting staff polite, helpful and friendly. Good choice of food at breakfast. Room comfortable and quiet looking out on garden. Lovely powerful shower!! Would certainly recommend this to other travellers. Also handy for M40.

Room was a bit tired but adequate, very clean and the extra's were of good quality. The bed and pillows were comfy and the linen of a good quality and spotless.Twinnings tea, Galaxay hot...

We used this as a base for St Patrick's day celebration. The room was clean, beds comfortable and staff really helpful and friendly. We missed breakfast, deciding to take advantage of the late check out of 12.00. No problems parking but the speed hump at the entrance needs repairing. Overall I will use this place again and would recommend.

Well organised for the arrival of the coach in the evening with lovely, clean rooms and as I had hoped, next door to our teenage son.The Evening Meal was enjoyable and the staff helpful. Breakfast, the best choice...

I nearly didn't book this hotel because of the things being said about it on here. What a mistake that would have been! Located just off the motorway it couldn't be any closer without being on the motorway, on arrival we were booked in without delay and told about the hotel facilities. The room was perfect in every way, the...

This is a standard Holiday Inn in desperate need of reburbishment. I was apparently upgraded to an Executive room. This was well below par. Everything was well worn. The furniture shows cuff marks. Not enough towels and you are left a free Mars bar - healthy? The matress on the bed is very well worn and you automatically sink to...

Hi Dave H, Thank you for posting a candid feedback from your recent stay with us. It is great to know that you were able to appreciate the service provided by our reception staff. However, I was concerned to see that you were not impressed with the overall condition of the executive room, bed condition including the mattress, bar area,...
