Mattress Rock hard.... Cold room witch meant travelling from 7th floor to ground floor just to get the heating on... Above the bed and TV and pictures was thick with dust. Only stayed 2 nights and that was long enough.

The title says it all really, came for a lads weekend, check in was simple, rooms were nice, staff friendly. Couple of bars literally over the road and the city centre is a 5 minute walk. Would certainly recommend.

Of the handful of Premier Inns I have stayed in, this one is bar the most pleasant. Nicely decorated, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a very central location. It scores very highly for me on the price/quality ratio.

I no I was able to get breakfast very early because I had to leave early & the best thing is that it's very quiet,..most ppl are not up that early,..breakfast was fantastic as usual,..not had a bad stay yet😉

Hi, How will I get th the hotel? . I will be using the bristol flyer from the airport.
It’s about 3 minutes walk from the central bus station. The airport bus terminates a the bus station.

Dont know re heart institute. Parking 5 min walk approx. Good wifi. Famiky room has 3rd bed and pullout for 4th dont know about disabled access. Contact numbers are on premier inn website
