This hotel was just what was needed after a week on a narrow boat on the Kennet and Avon Canal. It’s in the middle of the city and is a very big hotel but the welcome is warm and friendly and full of smiles.

Nice room, nice breakfast,nice pool
Loses a star for high parking charges, a bit cheeky when you’ve paid £200 for a room for the night and on top of that there was a lack of available car spaces
