We stayed in these apartments for two months. During this time we were very comfortable and the apartment was kept very clean. Any queries were dealt with promptly and helpfully. The location is busy but surprisingly quiet but we were at the back of the building. Our only disappointed was the internet speed but I know this is being reviewed... More

Recommended for anyone looking for a well priced place to stay. First time we have tried an apartment and Saco has shown us how good it can be! Location: short walk from both sides from the town. Near to bars and restaurants but still very quiet. Right on the riverside. Great! Room: very large, clean and has everything you could... More

Stayed in the apartment well located from city centre. Good views and easy access to bars and restaurant . Room was spacious and clean . Kitchen is good and bathroom had a nice shower. My only comment there is no bath in my room and lift is scarily small . Pleasant stay.

Saco West India House Is in such a lovely location and apartment with all we needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay over Christmas. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was huge and easily met our needs with the family visiting on Christmas Day for dinner. We knew straight away that the stay would be good when the... More

Fantastic apartment in prime city centre location. Arrived to find water, soft drinks and milk in the fridge along with breakfast cereal and all necessities for an overnight trip. We were lucky to secure free parking in another SACO block round the corner but the NCP car park nearby is convenient and not extortionately priced. Ideal for business or leisure... More

Came here for two nights during the week in August to meet some friends and we were thoroughly impressed with the apartment. It was extremely clean and even had some cereal, milk and bottles of water waiting for us! The apartment is in an excellent location just on the river and is only a short walk away from shops, bars,... More

We have just returned from a brilliant weekend away at the SACO Bristol. My son was celebrating his 20th birthday and wanted to go with friends to watch Grimsby Town at Bristol. I booked an apartment for the 4 of us and, having never stayed in an apartment, before didn't really know what to expect. We were all delighted by... More

This was the first time at West India House and the first time in a SACO apartment and it won't be the last! Back in the day, I worked on travel show Wish You Were Here..? - and we were always looking for new ways to 'do a city'. I would definitely have included a SACO apartment as a great... More

I have just arrived home after a weekend away with three friends. We stayed in West India House. We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the apartments. We stayed in a two bedroom and one bedroom overlooing the waterfont. The location was perfect and the apartments gave us the chance to enjoy each others company in comfortable... More

This was our second stay at West India House in a one bed apartment, previously on the 2nd floor and this time the top floor. It is like a miniature home form home, with all mod cons that now includes free WiFi. Located in the centre of Bristol overlooking the waterway it is ideal for the shops, markets, theatres, museums,... More
