Reviewed yesterday NEW

arrived after a long journey to find we were able to check in early (huge bonus!!) The lady on reception (Bianca I believe) was friendly and attentive, providing us with useful parking information. The room was very nice, recently renovated, very clean and tidy - just what was required. Would stay again if we happen to be down that end...

I live only 30-40mins from the City, but we had a morning appointment so decided to stay overnight the night before. The hotel room was newly refurbished and was the usual high standard I've come to expect from a Premier Inn. Clean and beds comfortable. Our room looked over the water. We thought it was very quiet with only a...

The hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance of the city centre and the railway station. We had a comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. There was a nice restaurant, an excellent breakfast and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. What more could you want?

I've used Premier Inn wherever possible for the last few years. My experience with the breakfast at this location has given me cause to consider carefully whether to use the Premier Inn chain ever again. It doesn't appear to be a quality, inexpensive option any longer. With rising prices have come lowering of standards, particularly where food is concerned. I'll...

Hotel staff great & friendly, room very good for money. parking just down the road NCP so quite expensive. The adjoining pub served very good beers and was friendly and comfortable. The food appalling has to be the worst I have had anywhere. Soggy garlic bread, bad chicken satay in a bar b que sauce, inedible onion rings the list...

High Premier Inn standards as always, an excellent location very close to the bars and restaurants of the area. There's the normal city centre parking scarcity, but we did manage to get on-street parking a few yards from the hotel, and it's free on Sundays. The receptionist on our arrival, Salome, was brilliant - so friendly and helpful, deserves a...

The area tranforms at night along King Street, people spill out of the pubs along the street. A great vibe around the location. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to say about our stay, very happy.

Such great prices for a clean, extremely comfortable room in the perfect location for visiting the city's attractions. We've stayed here on several occasions and every time we're bowled over by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially on reception. Luxury hotels we've stayed in could learn a thing or two.... The rooms have recently been refurbished which makes...

Nice, quiet, clean Premier Inn in a city centre location – close to everything. So far, so normal. However, the reason I wanted to leave this review is to praise a particular member of reception staff. When I went to check in I discovered I'd stupidly made a mistake with my booking – however, Salome was so kind and helped...
