I guess you know what to expect from Novotel in general, and this hotel is well located a short walk into the centre of Bristol, offering a pleasant stay. Front desk staff efficient and helpful. Bar had a nice atmosphere and hotel has large rooms. Will certainly return.

Congratulations to the management team as our stay was first class from check in to check out. On arrival we were greeted by happy staff and check in was fast and courteous. Our bedroom was spacious, spotlessly clean and very quiet. We used the bar and restaurant, all the staff we met were very attentative without being overbearing and delivered...

Spent a couple of nights there last weekend. Parking is on site, £10 for 24 hours. Check in was quick and painless. The lobby bar and restaurant on the ground floor are open, nicely decorated, clean and bright. We had a family room on the third floor, the room was fine, probably a bit smaller than the average Premier Inn...

Booked myself into one of the "Travellers" Rooms - the Loretta one. The hotel is generally very good and the description of this room , for the same price as a standard superior room, built up an expectation that the room would be something special. Alas the room was a disappointment - was only marginally different from a standard superior...

Many thanks for your review and I am glad to hear that you took advantage of reserving the 'My Room' by Loreta whereby, she has implemented certain details to the room that she is passionate about. I am however, sorry to learn that your expectation was to experience a completely different design to our standard rooms as this is project...

The rooms are basic, more so than their 4* would suggest, but comfy and have the basics. No luxuries like shower caps, toothpaste etc. Very clean. Bath as well as shower, but if you're overweight you could get stuck! very narrow one end!. If your room is near the lifts and ice machine it is noisy. Reasonably well located to...

Falls somewhere in the middle of all of the hotels I've visited in terms of overall quality. My room was not adequately cleaned and there was rubbish on the floor in the bedroom and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very much at all from the previous guest's stay. The bar / restaurant is quite nice and the gals are very...

We stayed here for one night for a family birthday. We were very pleased with the room and service quality. The hotel was very close to the rail station, and about ten minutes walk from the dock lands area, with a large choice of restaurants. We had some small children with us, and these were especially taken with the table...

Excellent hotel, easy parking, great for town and lovely food. Friendly staff, would strongly recommend. The location is superb, a short walk to town and very near the train station. A couple of good pubs very close by, although the hotel bar is good and not too expensive.

We booked on a spur of the moment and arrived a few hours before room was available. We were able to park the car, leave our bags behind the desk, and head off to explore Bristol. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean and comfy. At first we thought the beds for the kids weren't made...
