Found the hotel ok with sat nav. Arrived quite late into the night, found a space to park not far from the entrance of the reception. You had to pay for parking. There was a machine in the car park. We checked in and the man on reception was very helpful. We asked about paying

10 minute walk from station in business area. So quiet and both comfortable. Reception desk very helpfully staffed. Nothing to much trouble. Room comfortable and clean. Safe entrance for solo traveller. Very near all amenities. Given a helpful map to tour. Certainly will use it

Hi, location not brilliant for bus/train station so probably best to get taxi if you have cases. regarding walking into city it's probably about a mile to waterfront and just under a mile to Cabot circus in the other direction

Is there an indian restaurant nearby?
Yes there are. I went to one recently that is about 10 minutes walk from the Travelodge. It is called ‘4500 miles from Delhi’ and the address is 8 Colston Avenue, BS1 4ST. There will be others as this hotel is close to the centre of Bristol where there is a lot of choices of places to eat.

"Just ask at reception as they are very helpful and they want you to have a happy stay."
"Find a different hotel and pay an extra few quid to be frank."
