Really happy with my stay here, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, clean and tidy with a giant TV. There's a sink in the bedroom and the room was first floor :) not heaps of stairs. The location was good and I'd definitely stay again. Very quiet too.

i sympathise with all of these bad reviews, you expect it to be terrible because of the reviews. we had a breakfast for £3.50 that was actually alright. The only thing i would suggest is to get a swimming pool for the summer seasons.

This is the worst place I have ever witnessed in my life, I stayed in some pretty cheap places in Asia for about £3 a night & they were far better and cleaner than this place! I'm not surprised this was the only place that had a room left in Bristol. As I walked in I laughed as the owner...

WOW! This place is the pits! Not even Stig Of The Dump would be happy staying here! It stinks of wet dog and horse muck from the second you walk through the door! The room is a like something from a horror film! Why on Earth the proprietor would think I wanted to flick through a copy of the 2013...

As a well experienced traveller who has come across some appalling hotels & B&Bs, this place takes the crown as the worst B&B absolutely disgraceful how is this place open to the public it's disgusting and dangerous, your met by the proprietor who is desperate to get her hands on your money there is a five minute money back refund...

You know this Alpha Guest House is just brilliant, the staff are brilliant and the £3.50 breakfast just is edible and definitely not plastic. The toilet seats just do have lids and the bed sheets are extra legitimate. Don't forgot that view of a busy road and the cheeky red sign at the front of the building. This guest house...

I've stayed in some hotels in my time - but this one is the most shocking, I mean shocking! Man in his boxers at his hotel room door saying hello, comedy door handle, decor that was like a patchwork quilt, no toilet seat in one of the toilets, one tap that worked, only a tv with video player but no...

One of the best places in Bristol! Accommodation was lovely, relaxing views of a busy road! Food was Godly, £3.50 for breakfast seems as if it was a steal. The rooms provided excellent extras, customary to most BNB. Jacobus Argentum.

My mate booked me in here!!! Big mistake it is without a doubt the worst b&b I've ever stayed at in 28years of working away It's like a derelict building with a live cable hanging from a stained ceiling in a tiny room The worst shower I've ever used. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay here. Thoroughly disgusting.
