Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Would have preferred to have a room on one of the lower floor as the stairs were a killer and the lifts were slow. Unfortunately there is no breakfast included with the basic rate.

Decent nights sleep, close to bus station for travel to airport, breakfast was poor. Nice view from 7th floor, clean room, nice bath, easy check in process, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again if need to get to heathrow or Gatwick using national express.

When I think of premier inns I think of low quality, standard rooms. But this was a new refurb and was very very clean. It was the first premier inn I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in. The new refurbs are definitely worth it.
