All booked on line. I did have a little bit of trouble finding the entrance! Booking in was painless and was shown up to my room. The room was lovely, some interesting features and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fresh cooked and there was plenty of choice. Overall excellent.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in a king room but the only thing king about it was the bed. Clean room but you couldn't swing a cat in there! Small radiator also which didn't really heat the room up and it was cold being in December. Room did smell of damp a bit (not helped by small radiator) and also...

Yes we booked a room in the heart of Bristol we did expect some noise, we took earplugs, what we didn't expect was to be overlooking Revolutions smoking area, music was thumping until around 2am I think we got to sleep around 4am and they started cleaning up at 7am. There was no warning of this when we booked, we...

This little gem is right in the heart of the city and is close to the theaters, Colston Hall, restaurant. St Nicholas market is directly opposite the guesthouse and it is within walking distance of two shopping centers. We initially found It a little difficult to find by car and had to telephone for advice. The staff are very helpful...

Brooks is undeniably a super little place to stay right in the heart of Bristol. However it was a little worrying when we pitched up to check in and the owner/manager advised us that one of our rooms would definitely be very noisy and offered ear plugs! How right he was - the nightclub opposite goes on til dawn and...

Lovely hotel in the city centre, right next to the fabulous St Nicholas Market. Our room was very tastefully decorated, clean and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the fact that you could leave your bags there on the last day- this made it possible for us to see more of Bristol before heading home. I...

I absolutely love this hotel. We stayed in the 20 foot Rocket on their roof. It was a surprise for my partner as we love driving off for breaks in our campervan and it was a little chilly to take our own. The Rocket is great for those that love campervans, though at the same price as a hotel room...

I can highly recommend this hotel. The location is simply perfect and the place itself is trendy, welcoming and with very helpful and friendly staff. BUT if i ever come back to Bristol and this hotel I would not choose the the standard caravan that we stayed in, it is ridiculously small and claustrophobic, It was well equipped and had...

Usually when we book a hotel in a city it's a compromise between slightly shabby and brightly corporate and impersonal. Brookes however was the best of both worlds. Tidy, clean and ordered and yet nicely personal from check in to breakfast. Very central location which was perfect for us but don't book a guest house in the centre of Bristol...

Comfortable warm room and ideal location for shopping and returning bags when they got too heavy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and where to go to eat. Excellent breakfast particularly the homemade granola and compote yoghurts. Would definitely stay there again and try the other ones on Bath and Edingburgh. A relaxing and successful weekend
