Stayed for one night at The Bristol. All of the staff were smart, welcoming and friendly. The deluxe room was a good size and the bed and linen good quality and extremely comfortable. Parking in the NCP adjoining the hotel was really convenient, and only £5 (paid for at the hotel reception) for our entire stay (for us this was...

Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless. nespresso machine was lovely to have too. All goodies in the room are of a high quality and Temple Spar range in the bathroom. my son and...

Never stayed here before but it was recommended and am really glad I did. Speedy check in service is always a bonus. Spacious room with a work station which came in really handy after an unexpected work call. Everything was clean and of good standard. Particularly like having an iron in my room to get the creases out after travelling!...

Had a lovely stay at the Bristol, clean and lovely staff. Beds very comfortable. Great location, seagulls a bit of a nuisance all night - so take ear plugs if you sleep with the windows open. Otherwise all was great.

Lovely staff at reception and in the restaurant. The room was clean, modern, slightly on the small side but comfy. The location is very central and excellent for visiting the city and waterfront. We thought that parking may be a problem in the linked, expensive multistorey carpark but the hotel has a special deal for guests, which for a city...

Dear Denise L, Thank you for a great review. Our location is perfect fro exploring Bristol, although we are located centrally on the Harbour there are some noise variations which are out of our control. I am pleased you enjoyed our breakfast, this is the hallmark of our business and I know the staff will be proud to rad your...

If you are staying in Bristol this is a lovely hotel. Although we only stayed for one night the room and the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. With the room the breakfast was included and could not fault the quality.or location as it it right in the centre of Bristol overlooking the river. The car park...

My husband and I stayed when visiting Bristol to watch a concert at the o2. Great location with bars and restaurants around. Room service menu was small but the food was tasty. The room was quite small but the fixtures and fittings were nice and it had a modern clean bathroom. I'd stay again, they often have good offers on.

Great location, with convenient and inexpensive parking next door, The Bristol restores your faith in English city hotels. The place just feels right. Comfortable rooms, good bar, and a great restaurant makes for a highly enjoyable stay. Lighting in the rooms could be improved, but that's about the only problem. Not the cheapest place to stay in Bristol, but it's...

Perfect Location and a very pleasant stay. Rooms slightly on the small side but how long do we really spend in the room. Overall Very Good and would definitely stay again. A little mix up at reservations but sorted very quickly

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have been really pleased. However, on this occasion our room was really small with no drawer storage other than three very shallow desk drawers (for stationery only). The wardrobe would have been fine if the inside was not practically filled with the unit housing the room safe facility and an...
