We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a happy and helpful receptionist. We were upgraded free of charge and our room wa fabulous. The extra touch of a decanter of sherry and gin were most welcome. The quality of the linen was exceptional. All of the staff that we encountered were wonderful and the location was so central for the old town and all of the restaurants. We will be back soon!

Hotel's Favourite
This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel with a funky colourful decor. My bedroom was beautifully furnished and stocked with complimentary water, tea and coffee (machine and pods), gin and sherry. There was also a minibar. I enjoyed a lovely treatment in the spa also. The hotel is located in the old town just a few steps from St Nicholas market which is great for browsing, shopping and eating. There are lots restaurants and bars close by too.

Stayed at Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa for a birthday weekend. Check in was easy and staff were all lovely. Spa is small but nice especially when it quietened down. Only negative was the hot water in the room went luke warm around 7pm, this was the same in the morning of check out also. Breakfast was lovely, continental buffet with choices of cooked breakfast. Such a shame about the water, otherwise would have been perfect!

Stayed prior to a wedding next door, for which it is superbly located. The staff were all friendly and helped arrange a small get together before the wedding but this had to be in the restaurant area as there does not seem to be any lounge or public areas. Very disappointed by the room, which we were told was an upgrade from that booked. It was small, lacked good natural ventilation (condensation on walls in the morning), but had a huge bed! The shower room was very small and not meticulously cleaned. Overall I thought it was overpriced for the quality of room we stayed in, a Deluxe I believe, and would be reluctant to return for another stay.

Dear GWtrains, Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your review. I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay, we do have a couple of lounges and public areas in the restaurant and the Gold Bar. I am not sure which room you stayed in but I am very sorry that there has been some condensation, all of our room are fully airconditioned so this would not happen, I will look into it with our team. Kind regards Damien Martin General Manager
