Stayed over the weekend for a family birthday with over 20 of staying. The house was the perfect size for our group with plenty of room and the conservatory was ideal for partying. The games room was well used providing pool, table football and darts....More
Firstly the bad points: the place is tired, poorly maintained and in need of a good clean. Some locks do not work, toilet seats are loose, some seats on the sofas are threadbare, the bed I slept on was uncomfortable and the springs were noisy,...More
We hired Brockington hall for my mother in laws 70th birthday for 2 nights for 30 people to stay. As a venue the place is fantastic and has everything you need for children and adults to be entertained. The games room was used by all...More

Just in support of Steves comments we were there as a group of 30 this past weekend. The aforementioned dirty underwear is still under the bed in St George's room where the toilet nor shower work. The toilet seat on the top floor is broken and when the toilet is flushed it makes such a loud noise it wakes the majority of the house up. On arrival- we had the room at the top of the house with 7 beds in it and an equal number of dead flies on the windowsill. The house needs a good clean. Chairs in the conservatory are mostly broken and there was a panel of glass on one of the doors smashed.
