I've just got back after spending a lovely weekend at Brockington Hall. The layout of the house, space and location were perfect although we did keep coming across issues that really should be addressed. We loved the decor of the place and thought it was really in keeping with the house, it is, although, very tired in places with paint...

I spent a weekend here and it was the worst experience of my life. We arrived at the end of November on a Friday evening to a freezing cold house (even though we assured the heating would be on). We could not utilise the conservatory as it was freezing cold and had to get the owner of the premises to...

Exceptional area with perfect weather to enjoy an overnight stay in the country - room was spacious and well laid out with a real feel of relaxation. Access to the public rooms and garden assisted in making our overnight stay very pleasant and it will be good to revisit if the opportunity arises.

Fab venue for a party!! Fabulous large conservatory along the back of the mansion with huge garden. Everything you need to a large group of friends to enjoy. House keeper was lovely and friendly and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Recommend for large groups to celebrate big events. Thank you.

Having read prior reviews I was v nervous about this place and all set to book an alternative, but it was absolutely fine. We booked the entire house for a large group and it was clean, spacious and had all we needed to have a great time. This is a large family home not a hotel, and expectations should be...

The house itself has a fabulous location next to the Brockington golf course club house (fabulous cappuccinos) and the gourmet Englands Gate pub. It also has a well-kept yard and conservatory, as well as a small game room with football, darts, and billiards. But that is where the good part of the experience ends. As others have said, the bedrooms...

First glance on arriving was positive. Upon entry to the bedrooms was firstly disappointed by the smallness of the rooms, on inspection the rooms had not been cleaned, dusted or debugged in god knows when. There was dead wasp and flies everywhere. There was dirty hand marks all over most of the house. The carpets upstairs had not been hoovered,...
