This is one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in. The hospitality from Josie and Robin was brilliant and we felt very much at home in this wonderful house. The acre of garden was also amazing. We would definitely recommend Locksley to anyone.

Recommend by a friend of mine, goodness what a great call! We arrived on motorbikes and the owners had already made space in a garage to keep them nice and dry for us. I can't speak highly enough about the owners that after a long ride greeted with tea and cakes, showed us around their fabulous house to let us...

We stayed for nearly a week with Robin and Josie and I can honestly say that this was the nicest bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. The room was spotless, with everything you could possibly want, It also caters for those with limited mobility having a downstairs double room and an upstairs king sized room with its own...

Have just returned from our second stay at Robin and Josie Sandford's wonderful B&B. As B&B's go there can be few that can hope to match the beautiful house and magnificent grounds of this idyllic Northumberland retreat. We came across this B & B over six years ago. Robin & Josie are such friendly and kind hosts, they are now our friends. We stay with them every time we come to the area to visit our son and his fiancé. The rooms are great beds are big and comfortable, the breakfasts are lovely, great bacon, all locally...

Just come back from a 3 night break at Locksley B&B. The house and grounds are wonderful as is the area of the Tyne Valley. Absolutely perfect B & B! The double room was immaculate as was the single room for my sister. The choice of breakfast was vast! An absolute bonus was the Bechstein Grand piano in the lounge! Apologies about the sustain pedal!! Hope you manage to get it fixed ok!! Josie & Robin were the perfect host & hostess with amusing banter...
