We chose this farmhouse B & B as a central base for visiting nearby National Trust properties & so pleased we found it. Warm welcome from Derek to their lovely house, generous sized, clean, comfortable room with a view of cows in the field from the room. Good facilities, particularly impressed by the provision of a hot water bottle in...

It took a great effort to actually go and see all the attractions that are nearby (Bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge…) rather than stay and enjoy the peace that one can find at the Newhouse Farm. Run by a wonderful retired couple, the place is pretty, cosy, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The garden, oh my, that's one of the most beautiful gardens...

We stayed at Newhouse Farm for the weekend so that we could visit the Christmas market at Bath. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. This was good value accommodation in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast was very tasty and set us up for the day, Carol and Derek made sure we had our breakfast in...

Myself and my husband stayed for two nights in this very lovely and well appointed bed and breakfast. The room had everything you needed and it's own entrance door which was a good idea. There was ample parking which was necessary to park my husband's trailer as we had made a delivery earlier that day. It was ideally situated about...

I recently enjoyed a warm and hospitable stay with Carole and Derek, complete with a complimentary Kit-Kat every day - the small details matter! The room was spacious and comfortable, quietly set back from the road with delicious homemade breakfasts. Carole and Derek were very knowledgeable about the local area and their bed and breakfast was conveniently situated, close to...

House is beautiful! Every room felt homely and cosy. It's out of the way but not far to drive to the nearest towns, Despite weather being so gloomy the gardens still looked lovely, friendly hosts and with an excellent breakfast in the morning, filled us up for most of the day

We had a lovely stay here in between a wedding in Newbury and a party in Westbury. We were all well accommodated in the 2 rooms. The proprietors were helpful about us picking up the key early as we were going to be turning up late after a party. We all slept well and we had a delicious breakfast and...

Needed an overnight stop with friends. This place was lovely and the couple running it are fantastic. They were really accomodating and helpful, allowing us to spend the morning sat in the garden catching up with old friends. Great breakfast as well.
