A day before the tour we arrived in Iquitos. We met Marcel, the owner, who organised to get our stuff we needed and also gave us a citytour and showed us where to buy the necessary clothes and musquito repellant. The next day we started our tour with our guide Adriano. He spoke english, was friendly and had the eyes...

Our 3 day/2 night tour was exactly (or even more) what we wished for. The initial contact with Marcel over email was quick, informative, and accurate. Everything was arranged perfectly, from taxi pickup to drop-off at the airport after our trip. Our guide Edgar spoke great English and really went the extra mile so we would see most of what...

Thanks Ivette to you and your mom. We work lots to have traveler's satisfaction, and we are proud of having the partners we got. Native people as you assumed, are our partners, not our workers. Our business model is really working out and that gives me a special satisfaction. My job is giving you all the information required for planning...

I highly recommend Llaquipallay. Marcell was incredibly helpful and customized our trip perfectly to suit our needs. I cannot express enough how much my wife and I loved our guide Pedro. He was my favourite guide out of all the treks and tours we did on our 2 month trip to South America which were many. We did a 4...

I had a great experience with Llaquipallay tours. There are many agencies that provide tours in the Amazon. However, I contacted at least ten, but none of them responded to my email as quickly as Marcel. He answered my emails within the day and gave me all of the necessary information about visiting the Amazon for the first time, which...

Thanks Sam for such nice words; we always try to do our best. You were in the same dates and same program as the guy and the group who posted (I dont have to reply to him, because our website is very detailed and clear) and who do not understood that our shamanistic program is different (and different area) where...

We signed up for a 4 day 3 night jungle adventure including a one night Aya session. Marcel promised a guide, seeing all sorts of animals, and that we would be 4 hours away from Iquitos in the deep jungle. He promised us a lot of activities as you can read in his email below. Unfortunately, we spent the entire...

A little unplanned i joined Marcel and his company to this jungle lodge for 2 days and 1 night. When I arrived to Iquitos, I knew, all I want to do is to go and FEEL the Amazon. No big adventures, no shocking experiences, no "firework" and illusion bubbles sold for tourist. You are nature. You value nature and enjoyed it. I am sure you went looking for feelings and not for tourism or provoking man. I hope you come back soon, and enjoy again good things that our area and service and guides are proud of. Thanks again for coming. And feel the Amazon lust and mysteries.

Unfortunately the sexual harassment tainted the trip for me. The trip itself was nice, and If it wasn't for this one tour guide I would have nothing to complain about.
