Our travel agent marked it up as 'simple' accommodation we dispute that it was 'simply amazing' from start to finish. All staff were fabulous and accommodating with fussy eaters being catered for with no problem. There were 10 of us there and that was a good number as a full house may be a squeeze on the viewing platforms. We...

This three day trip is exciting from the amphibious airplane ride at beginning over wonderful pristine western coastal BC to the end. It is packed with activity which has been thoughtfully delivered by enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff and the surrounds are beautiful. The wildlife including the bears are awe inspiring and it was a huge privilege to be witness to their...

this was the highlight of our trip. You fly in via seaplane a wonderful experience in itself (expect delays if the weather is bad). The scenery is simply stunning, with multiple fjords and forest covered ridges. Staff were great, Marg in particular radiates warmth and welcome, and the guides professional and capable. Lots of bears sighted, including mother and two cubs,...

We stayed at Great Bear Lodge for 3 nights from 19 September. The lodge is in a stunningly beautiful location and the accommodation, food and the staff are all excellent. We were kept very busy and saw lots of bears. I can't wait to go back.

From start to finish this 3 day experience was exhilarating. My friends and I had an absolutely fantastic time. Marg and her team kept us busy and amused with the wonderful Grizzly Bears and spectacular scenery. The food and accommodation offered us all a cosy retreat at the end of a busy day looking at bears. Hey bear!

Great friendly knowledgeable staff team and owners-nothing was too much trouble!.So helpful. Loved them all- so down to earth- Great food and accommodation. Even willingly provided fussy hubbie alternative food- he doesn't eat cheese or salmon. Loved that they provided "puppy suits" - a lovely duvet type coverall-"onesie"-so never cold and also provided gloves/neck warmers and wet weather gear complete...

We somehow managed to get a cancellation. Phew. We built our trip around it. Was it worth it. Hell yes. Just arriving is breathtaking. We arrived in a 1944 grummand goose seaplane. Seats 8. Breathtaking views in. One of the best of not the best flight. You are welcomed off the plane by Marg and the team who are your...
