A total surprise, beautiful little studio type apartments, clean well maintained, near new. Each with a small patio with a couple of large luxurious chairs, perfect for a quiet drink. We have stayed here this weekend and last weekend so my lady and I could catch up as I’m working out of Dowerin now. We were totally surprised by the units and have payed more for much less in the south west. The units are well equipped as would be expected but there is also a site camp kitchen with a couple of ovens and couple of bbqs which is perfect for a bit of outdoor entertainment. See the attached pics. Unfortunately I didn’t get pics of the unit before we gave it the lived in look 😂 There is also a laundry with a couple of washers and dryers all eftpos controlled. Excellent 5 star 👍

A hidden camping jewel of the Wheatbelt. We were there for two nights. Well equipped camp kitchen, lovely clean bathrooms with lots of hot water. There are a few sites for caravans, trailers and some for standalone tents. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for a night last weekend and loved it. Perfect sized room for 2 people that was well appointed and comfortable. Everything you need right where it should be and all well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels in the modern bathroom and a nice comfortable bed too! Highly Recommended.

We had three colleagues stay for 6 nights at Dowerin Short Stay on a work trip. Hands down the most comfortable place I have stayed whilst in the Wheatbelt for work. After 12 hour days we couldnt have asked for a better place to come back to at the end of the day. Perfectly clean, well furnished, comfortable. All the amenities you could possibly need for an extended period, including shared common kitchen and laundry. The staff at Dowerin Shire we very helpful right from the start. We had an issue with one room booking-wise but two staff were on the phone within minutes and had it sorted with no dramas. Across the road from the Community Club which was fantastic and 2min drive to the Commercial Hotel for dinner. Brilliant addition for Dowerin.

Reserved a one bedroom unit. All check in details provided by email. Located in camping ground with facilities for camping and trailers. Surprising place. Super clean and excellent facilities. Quality bath towels, super comfortable beds. Very well priced.
